You can remain on your parent’s health insurance policy up until age 26. When you are over 26, you may be able to stay on your parent’s insurance if you cannot support yourself because of your disability. This depends on state regulations. Each state has its own rules. However, most states do allow adult children with a disability to remain on a parent’s plan if they are dependent on their parents. You should speak to your parents about this.
